Submit Your Chapter for the 2022 Guide to Colorado Real Estate Investing Strategies Book

December 21, 2021 • Chris Lopez

Wow, it’s already December!  That means it’s time to set goals for 2022.

Exactly three years ago, I started publishing the Colorado Guide to Real Estate Investing, a crowdsourced book for people all over Colorado to share their goals, investing strategies, and how they’re working to achieve them.  Last year, 32 investors submitted chapters.  This year, I want to get 33 or more.  That means I want YOU to submit your chapter.

Review the submissions guidelines and then fill out this form to submit your chapter.

2022 Guide to Colorado Real Estate Investing Strategies; Submit Your Chapter!
Three Learning Options!
  1. Listen to the podcast “#329: Submit Your Chapter for the 2022 Guide to Colorado Real Estate Investing” on the Denver Real Estate Investing Podcast
  2. Watch the YouTube video (at the bottom).
  3. Read the blog post. Note, the blog is an executive summary. Get the in-depth breakdown from the podcast or video.

Who Should Submit a Chapter?

It doesn’t matter if you have a few properties, are on your first house hack, or don’t even have one property yet.  No matter where you are in your investing journey, there’s always someone a step behind you who can learn from you.

Why Should I Submit a Chapter?

This is a great way to hold yourself accountable and network at scale.  A few thousand people around Colorado will read this book.  By writing down your goals publicly, you’re keeping yourself on track for achieving them.  Plus, we all know that networking is a vital part of building a successful portfolio in real estate, and this book allows you to network with other writers and all of the people who read it.

What Do I Need to Know about Writing a Chapter?

I will be grateful and honored if you write a chapter.  Remember to read our submission guidelines for all the details on how to submit your chapter before sending in your chapter. The main takeaways are: don’t overcomplicate it; share your goals and how you’re achieving them.

Submissions are due by January 14th, so start writing now!
