As a native of Colorado, Preston found real estate to be a natural fit. Preston got his license in 2016. He was mentored by Charles Roberts and joined the Envision Advisors in 2018. Preston has quickly become and continues to be one of the top producing agents at Your Castle Real Estate each month. One year after joining Envision Real Estate Advisors, Preton’s business doubled and he was an awarded agent within the Your Castle Brokerage receiving awards such as 2019 Vice President’s Club, 2019 Most Improved Agent, and MVP in May 2020.
Preston’s expertise is working with house hackers and traditional investors of both single family and multi family properties. This year, Preston has started to work commercial real estate as well.
This year Preston is buying his first investment property and plans to House Hack. He has also been involved with a partnership to develop luxury custom homes in Parker. One home has already been completed and sold and more projects are breaking ground in 2020 and beyond.
Preston has a background in motor sports and loves that real estate gives him the flexibility to still be involved with his passion for the sport. He has been involved with racing since he was eight years old. He has created a second family through racing and not only are they good friends, but they have turned into a great network of clients as well.
