Inventory of Denver Single Family Homes – 2008 to 2017
The graph below illustrates how tight the Denver housing inventory is. An interesting data point is that the number of houses sold is approximately the same now as it was during the real estate crash. Look at the difference of inventory between now and then!
As an investor, you might be thinking that window for buying property is over. While it’s a tighter market, there are still good investment property deals to buy. In addition to helping many clients purchase property, Charles has purchased six rental properties himself.
