Jenny is our local expert in the Colorado Springs market where her expertise is in buy and hold rental properties, long term wealth planning through real estate, and financial analysis. She has a background in finance and has been investing in Colorado Springs since 2016.
Over the past several years, Jenny has performed value add methodology such as BRRRR to optimize the performance of her portfolio while efficiently managing it. Further, she has experience in obtaining deals through MLS, wholesale, networking, FSBO; and has experience with multiple different finance sources such as conventional, hard money, and seller financing (both sides).
Jenny is continuously looking for opportunities to increase the return on equity of her portfolio by purchasing additional properties. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring Colorado with her family.
